  • House Washing Policy

    Low-pressure siding cleaning includes the removal of common environmental debris  such as dirt, grime, algae and mildew which adhere to siding using soft washing. Excessive staining or build-up of non-organic debris such as oxidation and staining on siding are not included and should be noted on your work order inspection before time of service. Although low-pressure washing is used for siding cleaning, customers are responsible for damage that can occur due to poor maintenance and/or low-grade building materials. All siding receives a 24 month Mold-Free Guarantee. If any mold or mildew growth is observed within 2 years of your service, Superior Surface Cleaning LLC will return and clean those areas at no charge.

  • Roof Washing Policy and Warranty

    Policy

    Superior Surface Cleaning uses a soft brissel brush to agitate and loosen organic build up before applying our roof cleaning solution. This combination of water, soap and detergent kills 100% of the remaining organic growth and it's root systems that are inbeded in your roofing material. All remaining dead compounds will take between 3-6 months to fall off your roof naturally. Our roof washing procedure was designed to thoroughly clean any type of roof material without causing damage to your property or the enviorment.


    Roof Washing Warranty

    Our limited roof washing warranty provides free retreatment for any new moss growth within 1-3 years of your intial service date at no charge. We provide a 50% disoount on the price of a new quote within 4-5 years of the intial service date. 


    Roof Washing Warranty & Conditions Defined

    If any new moss growth is observed within 1-3 years of your intial service date the customer is to contact Superior Surface Cleaning LLC to request warranty service. 


    Superior Surface Cleaning LLC can request and require at least three (3) pictures from the ground showing suspected problem areas. Superior Surface Cleaning LLC shall determine if the suspected problem areas are indeed moss/algae/lichen growth, and determine if it needs to be cleaned again. 


    Superior Surface Cleaning LLC shall not be held accountable for any loose debris, leaves, sticks, etc. Any and all tree limbs, branches, and other foliage must be trimmed and maintained so they are not touching or resting on roof, and at least six (6) feet from the roof. Roof must be maintained from heavy accumulation of lose debris, leaves, fallen sticks/branches, and pine needles. Failure to maintain can result in voided warranty. 


    Warranty treatment should be performed no later than six (6) weeks from initial warranty request. Warranty treatment shall be performed by Superior Surface Cleaning LLC , unless otherwise specified. There will be NO charge for warranty treatment within one year. There will be no pro-rated charges. Warranty has no cash value. Spot treatment warranty entails treating dirty spots, not entire roof. 


    No dispach fee will be charged for warranty service. 


    We always honor a 50% disoount on the price of a new quote within 4-5 years of the intial service date for prior customers.



  • Gutter Cleaning Policy

    Superior Surface Cleaning LLC gutter cleaning service includes the removal of debris inhibiting the normal flow of water in your gutter system. All gutter debris will be bagged and kept on site for your disposal. Superior Surface Cleaning LLC cannot address any blockage occurring underground. Full-service gutter cleaning comes with a 16-day guarantee. If your gutters are clogged during this period we will return to unclog them for no extra charge. This guarantee does not apply to building with overgrown trees within 10 feet of the gutter line, or when clogs occur due to improper installation or underground blockage or gutters with screens that we weren’t hired to clean. 

  • Client Responsibilities

    ⦁ Ensure that ALL windows/doors are closed tightly.


    ⦁ Remain inside at all times during service. Does not apply during emergencies. 


    ⦁ If you have any known issues with leaky windows or bad seals, please have these issues addressed with Superior Surface Cleaning LLC prior to the service. 


    ⦁ It is HIGHLY RECCOMENDED that clients place towels down around windowsills and floor during the service. (This is preventative measure only should any minor intrusions occur.)


    ⦁ Please keep clear of work area. Cones and caution tape may be used to cordon off areas at times. 


    ⦁ Please avoid driving over any hoses when possible.


    ⦁ Please avoid standing/walking under any ladders or aerial man-lift equipment.


    ⦁ Please keep pets inside at all times during service and do not allow them to drink or play in any standing water outside during or immediately following service. 


  • Service Agreement Terms & Conditions

    ⦁ Client will give Superior Surface Cleaning LLC access to the proposed property, work site, machinery, vehicles, or equipment. 


    ⦁ Client will provide Superior Surface Cleaning LLC with a water supply to perform services.


    ⦁ Driveway and parking areas should be clear of automobiles. Items should be removed from, under, and around patios, decks, pads, and sidewalks. All items should be placed inside, or away, from areas being serviced.


    ⦁ A $50 service charge may be added in the case of furniture or objects needing to be moved. These items are identified during the service inspection and documented before beginning service.


    ⦁ Superior Surface Cleaning LLC may require the client to turn off HVAC systems while preforming services. Maximum of one hour intervals if required. 


  • Service Location Inspection Policy

    Superior Surface Cleaning LLC conducts service location inspections before every project to document detailed information about the condition of landscaping, buildings, and other surfaces on site. Any pre-existing damage, poor maintenance and/or low-grade building materials, excessive staining, or non-organic build up that is identified during the inspection will be disclosed in the inspection report. The inspection report is delivered to the client before service begins. 


    Any surfaces that can be washed, cleaned, or disinfected that was not included in the original qoute/estimate will be noted in the inspection report. The client may request Superior Surface Cleaning LLC provide services for the surfaces not covered by the original qoute/invoice for additional service charges. This request must be submitted before job completion to avoid a dispatch fee. If additional services are requested after job completion (job site clean up) a $60 dispatch fee will be applied in additon to the service charges. 


  • Payment & Refund Policy

    By approving or signing an estimate, the client agrees to pay the full amount due upon completion of the contracted project. This includes amount of payment, payment date and form of payment. Invoice's are texted or emailed to the client after completion of the project. Superior Surface Cleaning LLC can provide physical invoices for clients that submit a request at least 24 hours before service. 


    Superior Surface Cleaning LLC may determine at it's own discretion what payment terms will be. Options include requiring full or partial payment in advance or upon completion, net terms in which balance is due at a specific time and date and any other variation agreed to on an estimate or invoice document. Superior Surface Cleaning LLC accepts cash, checks and ACH payments. Digital invoices feature a secure, built-in payment system for ACH payments. 


    The client is responsible for paying the full amount due within 7 full days of the completed work. Property managers may be exempt from this responsibility if contracted with a 30-day net payment. For clients with an unpaid balance after 7 days, Superior Surface Cleaning LLC reserves the right to charge a 5% late fee, plus compounding interest until paid in full at a rate of 1.5% per month. The client is responsible for attorneys and court fees if needed to resolve the non-payment.

     

    The client understands that any package or discount agreed to for the entire job that is not included on the customer estimate or invoice is not valid. Military discounts are only available for clients with valid military or state ID. Costs of all items will be calculated based upon ala carte pricing. Total costs owing will never exceed the total of any signed estimates. All deposits made by the client will be credited toward the final invoice upon completion of the project and are NON-REFUNDABLE. 


  • Dispute Policy

    Superior Surface Cleaning LLC guarantees all products and labor supplied to meet or exceed standards of the trade. These terms do not apply to any work or product not provided by Superior Surface Cleaning LLC. The guarantee does not apply to any damages caused by factors beyond the control of Superior Surface Cleaning LLC, such as; existing structural defects, improper maintenance, or unusual wear of cleaned surfaces. The guarantee does not apply to any excessive staining or build-up of non-organic debris that requires degreasers, rust or clay stain removers, or oxidation and efforfesence removers. Services that require these products are considered "surface restoration", not surface cleaning. Cleaning and washing services are designed to remove dirt, grime, fungus, mold, and algae which adhere to surfaces, not non-organic debris or staining.


     The client understands that the price listed in their invoices estimate field is an estimate only and that should additional charges for restoration services be necessary the client will be contacted for approval prior to services that would incur additional fees begin. Restoration services may not be available for all types of staining or non-organic debris build-up. If restoration services are available and the client refuses the additional restoration services that may be necessary to achieve the desired result indicated in the original agreement, the client is still responsible to pay for all procedures, labor and parts previously approved. Our Company will respond to any cases of first-party misuse for chargbacks filed against completed work or deposits. 


     Clients understand that timelines are estimates only that can be affected by numerous circumstances or events. If the client orders the cessation of work prior to completion of the contract for any reason the client agrees to pay for the entire amount of the initial estimate regardless of the condition or disposition of the service location they requested work for. If the client chooses to order the cessation of work based on timeline, the client will give a minimum of 24 hours notice to Superior Surface Cleaning LLC. This notice should be provided in writing and either mailed, emailed or hand delivered to a representative of the company. During this time period the client will make every effort to allow Superior Surface Cleaning LLC to complete the work requested. 


     All pre-existing damage at the service location should be disclosed to Superior Surface Cleaning LLC by the client. Superior Surface Cleaning LLC shall only be obligated for damages of which are a direct result of operator error and discovered and reported within 15 days of completion of service. Upon receipt of written notice, Superior Surface Cleaning LLC shall be allowed 30 days from date of receipt for the purpose of inspecting the premises. Superior Surface Cleaning LLC shall have sole option of repairing or contracting repair work for correcting any structural damages that are a direct result of operator error. If for any reason a claim for insurance is made, 100% payment of the total invoice is still required in full per item 5 payment terms. 


     Clients will hold Superior Surface Cleaning LLC harmless and defend them against any claim or cost to complete the originally contracted work or any damage(s) that may be attributed to that work. Clients acknowledge, it is unreasonable (likely impossible) for Superior Surface Cleaning LLC to foresee every potential risk. Therefore, clients explicitly agree that they will hold harmless and release Superior Surface Cleaning LLC along with anyone they assign, successors, and all others in any way associated with them from all claims the client may have and/or damages the client may incur that arise from any work or omission of work performed on their vehicle, home or any other property which they have authorized Superior Surface Cleaning LLC to perform work upon. Clients grant release to Superior Surface Cleaning LLC regardless of whether or not said damage is deemed to have been preventable or forseeable.
