High-pressure power washing that removes dirt, grime, and organics from hard surfaces.
What material is removed by surface cleaning?
Concrete Surfaces - Driveways, walkways, curbs and porches
Hard Surfaces - Brick, Stone, and composite decks and patios
What is your standard operating procedure for surface cleaning?
Our company gathers information on your surface area, types of exterior surfaces, and surface conditions.
After assessing the condition of your property's flat surfaces, we will develop a cleaning plan to account for time, materials, and safety precautions.
Superior Surface Cleaning LLC conducts service location inspections before every project to document detailed information about the condition of landscaping, buildings, and other surfaces on site. The inspection report will be texted or emailed to the client before we begin our work.
Technicians prepare your property for the surface cleaning by presoaking grass and other plants and covering vulnerable areas such as landscaping to protect against overspray and runoff from cleaning agents.
Our technicians fully rinse your property's surfaces before applying a cleaning solution using our low-pressure soft washing system. Our technicians let this mixture dwell on your home's flat surfaces for a timed period before preforming a full power wash. Once the surface is completely clean, we perform another full rinse.
Step #6 - Post Clean Up Inspection, Follow Up & Invoice
Once our technicians have thoroughly rinsed your home and preformed a cleanup on your property, a post service inspection will be performed. The post service inspection report and Invoice are texted or emailed to the client once the project is completed. We accept cash, checks, and ACH payments; and can provide a physical invoice when requested.
