What does a roof cleaning accomplish?

Our low-pressure roof washing service removes organic growth from your roof without damaging your homes most expensive asset. Let our company extend the life span of your roof and bring back its original glory.

More than 90,000 people receive emergency room treatment from ladder-related injuries every year.

Our company has invested in cleaning equipment that allows our technicians to clean your roof without getting on and off multiple times. In some cases, our soft wash system can clean homes without us having to put a foot on your roof. This specialized equipment coupled with appropriate safety gear and standard operating procedures minimize risk.  And, if anything unexpected occurs, you can rest assured our company is fully insured for all services.

In 2024 the average total replacement cost for a roof in Oregon is between $10,300-$21,500.

Unsightly and destructive black algae, moss, and lichen growth can shorten the life span of your roof.

What is your standard operating procedure for a roof cleaning?

Step #1 - Roof Assessment

Our company gathers information on your roofs surface area, material type, and surface conditions.

Step #2 - Custom Roof Cleaning Plan

After assessing your roof and the condition of its surface we will develop a cleaning plan to account for time, materials, and safety precautions.

Step #3 - Property & Roof Inspection

Superior Surface Cleaning LLC conducts service location inspections before every project to document detailed information about the condition of landscaping, buildings, and other surfaces on site. The inspection report will be texted or emailed to the client before we begin our work.

Step #4 - Property Preparation

Technicians prepare your property for the roof cleaning by presoaking grass and other plants and covering vulnerable areas such as landscaping to protect against overspray and runoff from cleaning agents.

Step #5 - Soft Wash and Rinse

Our technicians fully rinse your roof before applying a cleaning solution using our low-pressure soft washing system. Our technicians let this mixture dwell on your roof's surfaces for a timed period before preforming another full rinse.

Step #6 - Post Clean Up Inspection, Follow Up & Invoice

Once our technicians have thoroughly rinsed your home and preformed a cleanup on your property, a post service inspection will be performed. The post service inspection report and Invoice are texted or emailed to the client once the project is completed. We accept cash, checks, and ACH payments; and can provide a physical invoice when requested.
